OPENING HOURS

The museum is open every day (apart from the 25th of December)

  • From the 1st of January to the 31th of March: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • From the 1st of April to the 31th of October: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • From the 1st of November to the 31th of December: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

We recommend an average time of visit of 2h30.

​

The bookshop-boutique and the restaurant are open during the museum’s opening hours.

La Cité du Train is located 5 minutes from downtown Mulhouse, 30 minutes from Colmar, Belfort and Basel, 1 hour from Strasbourg.

ACCESSIBILITY

The Cité du Train is accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, access to certain gateways giving a view into the interior of the equipment is not possible for security reasons. To overcome this, do not hesitate to use our mobile application (SAM ) which allows you to discover the interior of certain equipment in 360 ° view or via photos.
